This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Zeybek Games ("Developer") regarding the video game titled Kebabstar ("Game"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the Game.

All intellectual property rights related to Kebabstar — including but not limited to characters, storyline, artwork, music, gameplay mechanics, and other content — are the sole property of Zeybek Games. The User is strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from the Game or any of its components without express written permission.

Kebabstar is a work of fiction. All characters, names, organizations, locations, and events portrayed in the Game are either fictional or used for narrative purposes. Any resemblance to actual persons, institutions, brands, or events is purely coincidental.
Zeybek Games does not endorse, promote, or condone the views, behaviors, or actions depicted in the Game.

This Game is intended for users aged 18 and older. It may contain depictions of violence, suggestive themes, limited sexual content, and material that may not be suitable for younger audiences. Parental guidance is advised.

Zeybek Games grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Kebabstar solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, or modification of the Game or any of game's assets.

This Agreement and any disputes or claims related to Kebabstar shall be governed by the laws of the REPUBLIC OF TÜRKİYE (T.C.). Any legal proceedings, if required, shall be conducted exclusively in the competent courts of Izmir Konak Courthouse, 35170, TÜRKİYE.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Kebabstar, you affirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age,
  
• You have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement, and Zeybek Games reserves the right to revoke this license at any time if you fail to comply with these terms.
