THIS GAME IS LICENSED, NOT SOLD, TO YOU. Ownership of the Game and rights of
intellectual property inherent or related to it will always belong to LProductionsGameStudio and, as
applicable, to its licensors.
Subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Agreement, LProductionsGameStudio grants you
the non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and fully revocable right and license to
install, access and use
In addition to installing and playing the Game on your personal computer, you may also, under the terms
of this EULA:
i) Create and make available the so-called “Let's Play Videos” containing images and sounds of the Game
through social media channels such as Twitch.tv and Youtube.com, whether or not they convert
in cash.
ii) Only for your personal use or that of others, create, distribute and make available modifications
Usernames, commonly known as “mods”, made to the Game. You can not
distribute the Game with mods and may not allow other users to access content
paid for the Game (such as DLC or expansions) when they don't have that access. In addition, the
mods cannot infringe on third party rights such as intellectual property rights,
privacy or publicity. It is not allowed to charge mods from other End Users
or accept donations from them. The scope of this permission is subject to possible changes.
and may be revoked at LProductionsGameStudio's sole discretion.
Prohibition of use
Unless otherwise provided in this EULA, you may not:
i) Remove or alter copyright or trademark notices on any copy of the
Game;
ii) Copy, rent, lend, sublicense or distribute the Game other than as
permitted by applicable law;
iii) Remove, disable or circumvent security protections such as
digital rights, proprietary notices or labels contained or present in the Game;
iv) Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, derive source code,
disassemble, decompile or create derivative works of the Game other than
to be permitted by applicable law;
v) Use, develop, distribute or sell means of cheating, software of
automation (bots), hacks, or other unauthorized third-party software
designed to alter the Game;
vi) Exploit the Game or any part of it for commercial purposes, including but not limited to
other: (a) use on an internet cafe, computer game center or other website
location-based and/or (b) provide in-game services in exchange for
out-of-Game payment, for example level crossing; or
vii) The use of the Game in a way that violates the applicable legislation.
1. Termination
This License is effective until terminated.
You may cancel it at any time by destroying the Game and all copies, in whole or in part, and
removing all the parts that make it up.
Without prejudice to other rights, LProductionsGameStudio may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the
terms and conditions described therein. In such event, you will cease use of the Game and destroy all
copies, modifications, printed or written materials and linked portions of any
way, and will remove all parts that make up the Game that have been downloaded to your
unit.
2. Update of these terms
We may change this EULA from time to time. If you continue to use the Game after
adoption of the changes being disclosed means that you agree to be legally
subject to the updated and amended version of the EULA.
3. Independent clauses
If for any reason there is a court order of competent court that renders a provision of the EULA,
or part thereof, unenforceable, the remainder of this EULA will continue in full force and effect.
