This software is protected by Spacefarer Runic Anti-Tamper DRM. It is a 'soft' DRM that does not dial home, but secures the game executables against tampering to prevent piracy attempts. Use of this software on your computer is the acceptance to run the game using Spacefarer Runic.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By installing, accessing, or using Spacefarer Games (“Game”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not accept the terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Grant of License
Spacefarer R&D Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not sublicense, rent, lease, sell, distribute, or modify the Game in any unauthorized way.
3. Restrictions on Use
You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game.
You may not create or distribute unauthorized derivative works based on the Game.
The Game may not be used for any unlawful purposes or in ways that violate any applicable laws.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
The Game and all associated content remain the sole property of Spacefarer R&D Ltd and its licensors.
This Agreement does not grant any ownership rights—only the limited right to use the Game as specified.
5. Updates & Modifications
Spacefarer R&D Ltd reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Game at any time.
Continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
6. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows user-generated content, you grant Spacefarer R&D Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Game’s ecosystem.
You may not upload any content that infringes on third-party rights or violates applicable laws.
7. Privacy & Data Collection
The Game may collect certain data for analytics, gameplay improvement, and customer support, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
By using the Game, you consent to the collection and use of such data.
8. Termination
Spacefarer R&D Ltd may terminate this Agreement if you violate its terms.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall any copies.
9. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
Spacefarer R&D Ltd is not liable for damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with United Kingdom law.
