Game License Agreement
This Game License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between CoveiroDev (hereinafter referred to as "Licensor") and the player (hereinafter referred to as "Licensee") for the computer game entitled "Grave Deceiver" ("Game").
License Grant
1.1 Grant of License: Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to install and use the Game in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1.2 Usage Restrictions: Licensee agrees to use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Licensee may not sublicense, sell, rent, distribute, transmit, copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works, decompile, reverse engineer, attempt to obtain the source code, or remove any copyright or other intellectual property notices from the Game.
Intellectual Property
2.1 Copyright: The Game is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including, but not limited to, all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other associated intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Dakaria Games.
2.2 Trademarks: Licensee agrees not to use the name "Grave Deceiver" or any other registered trademarks of Licensor, logos, or product identifiers without the prior written consent of Licensor.
Warranties and Liability
3.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: Licensee acknowledges that the Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Licensor does not warrant that the Game will be error-free, secure, suitable for Licensee's specific needs, or operate without interruptions or delays.
3.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Updates and Support
4.1 Updates: Licensor may provide periodic updates or bug fixes for the Game. Licensee agrees to install the updates made available by Licensor to continue using the Game.
4.2 Support: Licensor may provide technical support related to the Game, at its discretion, through designated support channels. However, Licensor does not guarantee the continuous availability of support and may terminate support for the Game at any time.
Termination
5.1 Termination by Licensee: Licensee may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game and ceasing to use it.
5.2 Termination by Licensor: Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately without prior notice if Licensee breaches any provision of this Agreement.
5.3 Effects of Termination: Upon termination of this Agreement, Licensee shall immediately cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in its possession or control.
General Provisions
6.1 Applicable Law: This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country where Licensor is located.
6.2 Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the country where Licensor is located.
6.3 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensor and Licensee with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
6.4 Modifications: Licensor reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, with prior notice to Licensee.
6.5 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
6.6 Language: This Agreement may be available in multiple languages. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the versions in different languages, the [main language] version shall prevail.
By installing and using the "Grave Deceiver" Game, Licensee indicates that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in this Game License Agreement.
