1.1 This is an End User License Agreement (EULA) effective upon the release of Square Inertia, effective between the user (you) and CyanOhm (the licensor, original developer, and publisher).
1.2 Subject to the terms of this agreement, CyanOhm grants the user a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to the software application "Square Inertia" for personal and noncommercial use.
2.1 By purchasing and installing Square Inertia, the user agrees to not commercially lease, rent, sublicense, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise commercially redistribute the game without prior permission from the original developer, CyanOhm.
2.2 Sole rights to publish Square Inertia commercially belong to CyanOhm.
3.1 By purchasing Square Inertia, the user acknowledges that the software is provided "As Is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, and to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
3.2 To the fullest extent of applicable law, the licensor is not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the possession or use of the involved software. To the fullest extent of applicable law, the licensor's liability for any damages shall not exceed the actual price paid by the end user for the use of this software.
3.3 As a software application, Square Inertia shall not be used by the user for malicious actions against other parties, and any attempt to do so is solely the responsibility of the user.
4.1 Any violation of the above terms can result in immediate effective termination of this agreement between the user and CyanOhm, which can then be done by CyanOhm without prior notice.
4.2 If and once this agreement is terminated, the user must stop using the application and delete any associated materials to Square Inertia.
