END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR SOJO
PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING SOJO ("GAME"). BY USING THE GAME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT USE THE GAME.
License: Subject to the terms of this Agreement, bagoDev LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Game.
Access: You acknowledge and agree that the Game is provided as a service, and that you do not own any characters, items, or accounts in the Game, but instead pay for access to the Game as a service.
In-Game Purchases: The Game may include options for making in-game purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Third Party Donations: The Game may include options for third-party donations that could result in in-game rewards. bagoDev LLC is not responsible for these donations or rewards, and any disputes or issues should be directed to the third-party provider.
Restrictions: You shall not (i) modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Game; (ii) license, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialize the Game or the content within; (iii) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Game.
Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or bagoDev LLC. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from bagoDev LLC if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement.
No Warranty: The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of Liability: In no event will bagoDev LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way related to this Agreement or the use of the Game, regardless of the theory of liability.
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, in the United States of America without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes to the Agreement: bagoDev LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Game after bagoDev LLC posts a revised Agreement signifies your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
