End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement is a translation of the original (Japanese).
Please note that any actual contractual issues will be resolved according to the original (Japanese) END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT.
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "EULA") is an agreement between you and WoodTableStudio - nagao hiroki (hereinafter referred to as "Developer").
This license applies to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all related documentation (manuals, packages) whether they are printed materials, files,
The same shall apply to any updates or upgrades which are valid whether downloaded or accessed online and which update or supplement the Software;
It shall not be distributed as a separate license (collectively (collectively, the "Software")).
This software is licensed, not sold. BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE:
YOU HAVE READ THIS EULA AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DEFINED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
The Software is protected by international treaties on intellectual property rights and national copyright laws.

Subject to this EULA, Developer may only use the Software for personal, non-commercial use on a single computer or other gaming device (depending on the type of operating system for which the Software was designed).
We grant a non-exclusive, limited license to install and use the Software.
You may not share the Software, install it on multiple computers or game consoles at the same time, or install it on a network.
Developer is only granting a license to use the Software, and no intellectual property rights, title or ownership of the Software is transferred to you;
or may not be assigned at all. The Developer reserves the right to use the Software and any part thereof;
Parts of the Software that may in particular be considered separate works (e.g. themes, sounds, soundtracks, graphics, artwork, characters, descriptions, dialogue, etc.);
retains all rights (including, but not limited to, copyright, other intellectual property rights and trademarks) in and to its related materials.
Any rights not expressly granted to you by this EULA are reserved by the developer.
This EULA shall cease to be effective immediately if you attempt to circumvent any technical safeguards used in connection with the Software.
Limitations
The following permissions are not allowed;
(a) distribute, sublicense, rent, lease or transfer the Software to any third party, except as expressly provided in this Agreement;
(b) install, use or allow access to the Software on a network or install the Software on more than one computer or game console at the same time;
(c) circumvent any technological safeguards used to prevent illegal use or copying of the Software or its features;
(d) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works or otherwise modify the Software;
(e) remove or alter any trademarks, logos or other notices contained in the Software;
Developer has the right to terminate this EULA upon 14 days notice if You breach any provision defined in "License" or "Restrictions";
and/or have the right to pursue any rights granted to the developer within the scope of applicable general law.
This EULA will terminate immediately if you attempt to circumvent any technical safeguards used in connection with the Software.
Upon termination of this EULA, you must permanently uninstall and delete the Software and any copies thereof.
limited warranty
The developer warrants to you that the software is compatible with any personal computer or other game console that meets the minimum system requirements set forth in the software instructions.
Although the software has been tested, the developer does not warrant that the software will not interfere with third party software or drivers installed on your computer. Such interference may prevent the Software from working properly or even from starting. If the Software in your possession is found to be defective, the developer will allow you to replace such software by allowing you to download it from their servers. No software support is provided for this license.
THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS".
Limitation of Liability
SUBJECT TO THE CONSUMER RIGHTS SECTION, DEVELOPER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
In addition, regardless of its particularity, accidentalness, or consequentiality, we will not be responsible for it. This includes lost profits, damage to hardware or software,

In the event of any conflict between this EULA and your statutory consumer rights, such rights shall prevail, subject to the following limitations.
Accept and acknowledge that you are responsible for the security of the data you store on your computer.
Make regular backup copies of your important data and avoid running multiple programs simultaneously as potential inter-program interference can lead to data loss or loss of work.
The developer is not responsible for any data loss resulting from this.

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
This Agreement contains all of the agreements of the parties and supersedes all previous agreements, written or oral, within the scope of this Agreement.
