1. The users are solely responsible for the content they import, upload and publish in MUTRIX. The using of MUTRIX services must comply with local, national and international laws which are applicable to it.
2. The users shall import, upload or publish content in MUTRIX or use other services provided by MUTRIX in accordance with relevant Chinese laws and regulations. The users shall not use MUTRIX or services to make, copy, import, publish or disseminate any content prohibited by laws and regulations. And the users shall agree and undertake that they would not make, copy, import or publish the following contents:
(1) those opposing to the basic principles established in the Constitution;
(2) those endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power or undermining national unity;
(3) those damaging national honor and interests;
(4) those distorting, defaming, desecrating or denying the deeds and spirits of heroes and martyrs, or infringing on their names, portraits, reputations, and honors through insult, slander and other means;
(5) those promoting terrorism and extremism or inciting the implementation of terrorist and extremist activities;
(6) those inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination or undermining ethnic unity;
(7) those breaking national religious policies, violating national laws and regulations related to religion, or preaching evil religions and feudal superstitions;
(8) those spreading rumors or disturbing economic and social order;
(9) those disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or abetting crimes;
(10) those insulting or slandering others or infringing on others' reputation, privacy, and other legitimate rights and interests;
(11) those hyping scandals, misdeeds, etc.;
(12) those commenting on natural disasters, major accidents and other disasters inappropriately;
(13) those having sexual innuendo, sexual provocation or other sexual associations;
(14) those displaying blood, horror, cruelty or other things that can cause physical and mental discomfort;
(15) those inciting crowd discrimination, geographical discrimination, etc;
(16) those promoting vulgar, vulgar or kitsch content;
(17) those may cause minors to imitate unsafe behaviors, anti-social ethics behaviors, or induce minors to have bad hobbies;
(18) those disseminating commercial advertisements, commercial solicitation, excessive marketing information or spam;
(19) other contents violating laws and regulations, adversely affecting the network ecology or interfere with the normal operation of the game;
(20) other use of MUTRIX and all services in any illegal ways, for any illegal purpose, or in any ways inconsistent with these Terms.
