You are reading this Privacy Policy, made under and shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, which explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal data when you download the Game from Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam, WeGame, or other channels, access the Game, and the rights you may have under applicable privacy laws. We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. In case of modification, we will change the Last Update shown at the top of this Privacy Policy to inform you, or provide additional notice in certain circumstances (such as adding a statement to our service home page or sending you a separate notice). If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not play the Game.
If the personal information protection statement of a particular service is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, the personal Information Protection Statement of that particular service shall prevail.

1.The Types of personal data we collect
Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, the personal data we collect from you or about you is required so that we can perform our contract with you to provide our support for your access to and use of the Game as detailed in our Terms of service for online services for Pathea's Games.

1) Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you create an account, interact with other users, upload images to our servers, request customer support, participate in surveys or otherwise communicate with us. You have the right to choose not to provide the information, but if you refuse to provide the relevant information, you may not be able to login to the Games, accept or use some or all of the specific products or services provided by us, or the services you accept or use may not achieve the intended effect.
2) Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Services
When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect information about you, including:
• Usage Information: We collect information about your use of our Services, including gaming service ID, levels completed, game scores, time spent using our Services, and other game play information.
• Log Information: We log information about your use of our Services, including your browser type and language, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the website you visited before navigating to our Services.
• Hardware Information: We collect information about the computer or device you use to access our Services, including the hardware model, operating system and version, browser mobile network information, list of other Pathea mobile applications installed on the device, MAC address, IP address International Mobile Equipment Identity ("IMEI") number and other unique device identifiers made available by the operating system of your device.
• Location Information: We may collect information regarding the geographic location of your device each time you use the Services provided on iOS or Android platforms, or otherwise consent to the collection of this information. You may opt-out of the collection of platform provided location data using the settings on your device. Your location is stored for the period specified in the Services before collection.
• Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We use various technologies to collect information, and this may include sending cookies to your computer or mobile device. Cookies are small data files stored on your computer hard drive or in device memory that help us to improve our Services and your experience, see which areas and features of our Services are popular and count visits.

3) Information We Collect From Other Sources
We may also obtain information from other sources as far as it is necessary to perform our Services, and combine that with information we collect through our Services. For instance, we may collect game ranking and achievement status from your PC, console or mobile operating system game center application. Additionally, when you complete in-app purchases, we may collect information about you from the provider of your device operating system when they process the purchases on our behalf. Please note that we do not receive your payment method information from the operating system providers. In all other cases we will ask you to authorize us to collect, store, and use personal information from third parties.
Please notice: the individual device information and service log information are information that cannot identify the identity of a specific natural person and do not belong to your personal information (hereinafter referred to as "non-personal information"). • Detect, investigate and/or prevent fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity;
• For any other purpose required or authorized for us to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations; and
• For any other purpose for which you provided the information.
If we use your information for other purposes not specified in this Privacy Policy or collected it for other specific purposes, we will ask your consent.
If you are based in the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom (the "European Region"), the applicable legal bases for the processing set out above are that the processing is required for the performance of our contract with you and for the performance of our legitimate interests, namely to improve our products and services based on your feedback.

3.How do you access and control your personal information
We will take appropriate technical measures to ensure that you can access, update and correct your account information or other personal information provided when using our Services.

4.Who else will access your personal data and how we share your data
We will not share your personal information with, transfer or otherwise exchange your personal information to, third parties unless our products or services provide, or are required by law, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, or you have expressly agreed to do so to us. ① those directly related to national security and national defense security;
② those directly related to public safety, public health or major public interest;
③ directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;

⑤ the subject of personal information voluntarily discloses personal information to the public;

We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information and continue to explore new ways to protect minors' personal information.
