END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") FOR "Their Land"

PLEASE READ THIS EULA CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE "Their Land" GAME. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE GAME, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS EULA, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, Thomas Foerg ("Developer") hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to use the "Their Land" game ("Game") solely for your personal entertainment purposes.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Game, except as expressly permitted by this EULA.

By playing the Game, you agree that the Developer may collect and store the following information: Your Steam-ID, Steam name, personal highscores for global speedrun- and survival-gamemode highscore-leaderboards ("Data").

The Data is collected and stored on an external server operated by the Developer or its third-party service providers. The Data may be used by the Developer to provide you with support, to improve the Game and to present global leaderboards to players.

The Developer may disclose the Data to third parties in connection with the operation of the Game or as required by law.

The Game is licensed, not sold, to you. The Developer and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights.

The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The Developer does not warrant that the Game will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, failure to meet any duty (including good faith or reasonable care) or any other pecuniary or other loss whatsoever) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Game, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this EULA, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to use the Game in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and this EULA. You further agree that you will not engage in any form of cheating, hacking, or any other activities that may compromise the integrity of the Game or unfairly disrupt the experience of other players.

The Developer may release updates or modifications to the Game from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or new content. You understand and agree that the Developer has the right to deploy such updates or modifications, and you consent to their automatic installation without the need for additional notice or consent.

You acknowledge that the Developer may, at its sole discretion, add, modify, or remove features or content from the Game without prior notice. The Developer is under no obligation to provide ongoing support, updates, or maintenance for the Game, but it may choose to do so at its discretion.

This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Game. Upon termination, the Developer will no longer collect any additional Data from you. Regarding termination of the Data collection, you may contact the Developer at any time to request the deletion of your Data. Upon receipt of such a request, the Developer will promptly delete your Data from its server. Please note that the termination of this EULA does not automatically result in the deletion of your Data, and you must request the deletion separately.

You are permitted to create and publish videos, including screen recorded videos and live streams, featuring gameplay footage of the Game on all platforms. You may monetize these videos through advertisements or other means.

This EULA represents the agreement between you and the Developer with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Developer.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer resides, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provision or rule.

If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforce.
