You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, if higher) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The Game contains mature content not suitable for all ages or for viewing at work.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not decompile, "hack", reverse engineer, modify or disassemble the Game in any way. Commercial use is not permitted. You may not rent, lease, license, sell, sublicense, distribute, transmit, or otherwise transfer the Game.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game are owned by the Company. The Game is protected by copyright laws and treaties.
TERMINATION
Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any terms of this EULA. Upon termination of this License, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Game.
NO WARRANTY
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Company be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the Game, the use or other dealings in the Game.
GOVERNING LAW
This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria.
