IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and the "Licensor", for the use of the indie game "Ultimate Chicken Fighter" ("Game" ).
LICENSE GRANT
The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game on a single personal device for non-commercial purposes. This license allows the User to play the Game on their personal device.
RESTRICTIONS
The User may not, without the prior written authorization of the Licensor, carry out the following actions:
(a) modify or create derivative works based on the Game;
(b) distribute, reproduce, copy, sell, resell, rent or otherwise commercially exploit the Game;
(c) remove or alter any copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property contained in the Game;
(d) use the Game in a way that infringes the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party;
(e) use the Game in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Licensor owns all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property relating to the "Ultimate Chicken Fighter" Game. The User acknowledges that the license granted in this EULA does not transfer to the User any intellectual property rights in the Game.
DISCLAIMER
The "Ultimate Chicken Fighter" Game is provided "as is" and Licensor makes no express or implied warranties as to the quality, suitability or performance of the Game. Licensor will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Game, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
PRIVACY
The Licensor may collect and use personal information from the User during the use of the "Ultimate Chicken Fighter" Game. The Licensor undertakes to protect the User's privacy and to use this information only for purposes related to the Game.
TERMINATION
This EULA will automatically terminate if the User violates any of its provisions. The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this EULA at any time, without prior notice, if the Licensor considers that the User has violated any of its provisions.
APPLICABLE LAW
This EULA will be governed by the laws of the country where Licensor is established.
