End User License Agreement (EULA) for Power Champions
Effective Date: 09/09/2023
Please read this End User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before using the Power Champions software and related services ("Software") developed and provided by N2JG ("Company"). This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and the Company. By accessing or using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the Software.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, loan, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
Restrictions
You shall not:
a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software, in whole or in part;
b. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices appearing in the Software;
c. Use the Software for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial entertainment;
d. Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Software;
e. Exploit the Software for commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling in-game items or currency for real money;
f. Use the Software in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations;
g. Share or disclose your account credentials, including passwords, with any third party;
h. Access, use, or create multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting or disrupting the Software or its community;
i. Engage in any conduct that is harmful to other users or interferes with the integrity of the Software;
j. Violate the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party; or
k. Use the Software in any way that is prohibited by this EULA.
Ownership
The Software, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under this EULA.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this EULA by ceasing to use the Software. The Company may terminate this EULA at any time for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
Updates and Changes
The Company may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, modifications, or changes to the Software. You agree that the Company may automatically deliver such updates to your device. You may be required to update the Software to continue using it. This EULA applies to all updates and changes to the Software.
Privacy
Your use of the Software is subject to the Company's Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UNDER WHICH LIABILITY IS ASSERTED, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, excluding its conflict of law principles.
