• 1. Acceptance of the Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Bubble Ghost Remake ("Game"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Game.

• 2. License

Vidibond Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

• 3. Intellectual Property

The Game and all related rights, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the exclusive property of Vidibond Games. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Game, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have written permission from Vidibond Games.

• 4. Data Collection

Vidibond Games does not collect or store any sensitive user data. The only information we collect is the username and score for online ranking functionality. This information is used solely for the purposes of the Game and is not shared with third parties.

• 5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to use the Game for any unlawful or prohibited purpose under this EULA. You agree not to use the Game in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Game.

• 6. Updates

Vidibond Games may, from time to time, provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the Game. These updates may be necessary for the continued use of the Game. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of the Game.

• 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vidibond Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenues or profits, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Game; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Game; or (iii) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or information.

• 8. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of it.

• 9. Governing Law

This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that country to resolve any dispute arising out of this EULA or the Game.

• 10. General Provisions

If any part of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain valid and enforceable. Vidibond Games' failure to enforce any right or provision of this EULA will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Vidibond Games regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements regarding such subject matter.

• 11. Spirit of the Agreement

In the event that you pass away before completing 100% of this game, you agree to reappear as a ghost and whisper the name of Bubble Ghost Remake in video game stores in your country. This clause will not be exclusive of other spiritual beliefs to which you may already be subscribed.
