1. Agreement to Terms
By installing, accessing, or using "Mystic Craft Game Studio" ("Wilderness Survival"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access, or use the Game.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this EULA.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
a. Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game.
b. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
c. Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
d. Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
4. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold, to you. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights.
5. Updates and Patches
We may provide updates, patches, or other modifications to the Game. You consent to these updates and agree that this EULA will apply to them.
6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate this EULA at any time if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Game.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
