End User License Agreement (EULA) for "Check The Room 13" developed by Coya
IMPORTANT: Please read this End User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before installing or using the software product "Check The Room 13" ("Game") developed by Coya ("Developer"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.
Grant of License
Subject to your agreement and compliance with this EULA, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices owned or controlled by you.
Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by the Developer or its licensors. The Game is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and international treaties. The Developer reserves all rights not expressly granted in this EULA.
Restrictions
You may not:
a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except as expressly permitted by applicable law;
b. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Game;
c. Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game, or any part thereof, to any third party;
d. Use the Game for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party;
e. Use the Game to develop any game or software that is similar to or competes with the Game;
f. Use any cheats, hacks, mods, or other unauthorized software designed to modify or defeat the purpose of the Game.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate this EULA at any time by uninstalling the Game and destroying all copies of the Game in your possession. The Developer may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
Limited Warranty and Disclaimer
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Developer does not warrant that the operation of the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the Game will be corrected. The Developer disclaims any and all liability for any damages, losses, or other claims arising from your use of the Game.
