License Grant: Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on a single device. This license is granted to you, the individual end user, and not to any third party.
Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, in and to the Game and any accompanying materials are owned by us or our licensors. This EULA does not grant you any rights to ownership or intellectual property in the Game.
Restrictions: You shall not, and shall not allow any third party to: (a) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game; (b) sell, rent, lease, license, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game; (c) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained in the Game; (d) use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (e) use the Game to harm, harass, or disrupt the rights of others; (f) interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its associated systems; (g) exploit the Game for any commercial purpose; (h) use any unauthorized third-party software or cheat programs in connection with the Game; (i) use the Game in any manner that may negatively impact the performance, availability, or integrity of the Game or its servers.
Updates and Modifications: We may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game from time to time. Such updates may be required for continued use of the Game, and you agree to install and accept them. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature or functionality of the Game at any time without prior notice.
Termination: This EULA is effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate this EULA by uninstalling and ceasing all use of the Game. We may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy any copies in your possession.
Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE GAME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be exclusively brought in the courts of [Jurisdiction], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
