PLEASE READ THIS EULA CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING "ACROSS THE VOID" (THE "GAME"). BY INSTALLING OR USING THE GAME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA.
- License. The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on a single device. This license is granted to you, not sold.
- Ownership. The Game is owned by the Developer and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
- Restrictions. You may not copy, distribute, rent, lease, loan, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law. You may not remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice contained in the Game.
- Use on Steam. The Game is made available to you through Steam and is subject to Steam's Subscriber Agreement, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. By using the Game on Steam, you agree to comply with Steam's Subscriber Agreement and any other terms and conditions set forth by Steam.
- Warranty disclaimer. The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Developer does not warrant that the Game will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Limitation of liability. In no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Termination. This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA or Steam's Subscriber Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
- Governing law. This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which the Developer is located.
- Entire agreement. This EULA, together with Steam's Subscriber Agreement and any other terms and conditions set forth by Steam, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the use of the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Developer regarding the use of the Game.
