This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and the developer (“Developer”) regarding your use of the video game Echoes of the Anvil (“Game”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.
You do not acquire ownership of the Game. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Developer.

All content included in the Game, including but not limited to code, artwork, music, sound effects, text, characters, and designs, is the exclusive property of the Developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)
If the Game allows user-generated content, you retain ownership of your content, but grant the Developer a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for purposes related to the Game.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
5. Updates and Modifications
The Developer may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game at their discretion. This Agreement applies to all updates unless otherwise stated.
The Developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Game at any time.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
It will terminate automatically if you violate any term of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Argentina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
