1) Sale of game is "as-is" and ongoing support, availability, updates are not guaranteed.
2) User uses at own risk to themselves, anyone else using the game, and their property, ZOSU Studios LLC , nor affiliates, shall not be liable to any harm caused directly or indirectly from the application and its use to anyone or anything.
3) No unauthorized reproduction of this game, with the following exceptions:
- videos and images for game reviews are okay
- videos and images for personal (non-business) use are okay (e.g. youtube videos or twitch featuring content from this game are okay)
- fan art is okay
- other forms of media created are okay for social media as long as this game is cited
