END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the computer game "Xyleron" ("Game") between you ("User") and me, the sole individual creator and owner of the Game ("Creator").
1. LICENSE
The Creator grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes via the Steam platform. This license does not constitute a sale or transfer of ownership of the Game.
2. OWNERSHIP
All rights to the source code and programming logic of the Game remain with the Creator. You are granted a license to use the Game – not ownership of its code or structure.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
- Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Game;
- Distribute, sublicense, or make the Game available to others;
- Use the Game for commercial purposes;
- Use cheats, bots, modifications, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software.
4. GAME ENGINE AND THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
The Game is built using the Unity® game engine (by Unity Technologies). It may include third-party components subject to their respective licenses. Unity® and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
The Game may include redistributable components such as DirectX®, Visual C++ Redistributables, and other runtime libraries required by Unity® or Windows®. These components are licensed under their respective licenses. The Game also uses publicly available assets found online (e.g., audio, textures), which are used in accordance with their respective terms.
A detailed list of all third-party assets and licenses is available within the Game under the 'Licenses' section.
5. ANTI-CHEAT
The Game uses Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC), which may monitor your game environment to detect cheating. By using the Game, you consent to EAC running during gameplay and operating according to its own terms.
6. ONLINE SERVERS AND AVAILABILITY
Game servers are hosted and maintained solely by the Creator. While reasonable effort will be made to provide advance notice of outages or maintenance, no guarantee is made regarding the availability or uptime of any online services.
7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. The Creator disclaims all liability for any damages, including data loss, hardware failure, or service interruptions.
8. TERMINATION
This license remains effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Game. The Creator may restrict or disable access to online services or servers at any time in case of a violation of this Agreement or for operational reasons.
Uninstalling the Game does not automatically terminate your right to access online features unless explicitly restricted by the Creator.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland, excluding conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the Creator’s jurisdiction.
10. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
You acknowledge that all content created or submitted in the Game (e.g., character names, chat messages) may be modified, removed, or reused by the Creator. The Creator is not responsible for user-submitted content.
11. CHANGES TO GAME AND AGREEMENT
The Creator may modify the Game or this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game indicates your acceptance of any such changes.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Creator shall not be liable for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
- Data, progress, or account loss;
- Server downtimes or content changes;
- Third-party software behavior, including Easy Anti-Cheat.
13. SUSPENSION OF ONLINE SERVICES
The Creator may suspend or permanently restrict access to online features and services of the Game in case of:
- Violation of this Agreement;
- Use of cheats, exploits, or unfair methods;
- Harassment of other users;
- Violations of Steam’s terms of service.
14. REFUNDS
The Creator does not offer refunds or compensation except where required by law or Steam's policy.
