"End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the rights holders Unique Entretenimento Digital, Victor Cayres Soluções Lúdicas e Narrativas and Sinergia Games ("Rights Holders") for the use of the game ("Game") and any updates or add-ons provided by the Rights Holders. By installing, copying or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
License Grant
The Rights Holders grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game on a single personal computer at any time. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Game or any part of it.
Ownership Rights
The Game is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and belongs to the Rights Holders. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.
Restrictions
You agree not to use the Game for commercial purposes or otherwise exploit the Game in any way not permitted by this Agreement. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Game.
Limited Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Rights Holders be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game, even if the Rights Holders have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
This Agreement will be automatically terminated if you breach any of the terms of this Agreement. The Rights Holders also reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
Applicable Law
This Agreement will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Brazilian laws, without regard to conflicts of legal provisions.
