End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Combat Zone game
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the end user ("User") and the company that develops the Combat Zone game ("Developer"). By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Combat Zone game, the User agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Use license
1.1. The Developer grants the User a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Combat Zone game in accordance with the conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1.2. User understands and agrees that the license granted is for personal, non-commercial use only. The User is not authorized to sublicense, sell, rent, distribute, reproduce, modify or exploit the Combat Zone game in any way not expressly permitted by the Developer.
Intellectual property
2.1. The Combat Zone game and all its elements, including but not limited to graphics, audio, characters, texts, interfaces, logos, trademarks and copyrights, are the exclusive property of the Developer.
2.2. The User acknowledges that he does not acquire any ownership rights in the Combat Zone game or its elements, except for the limited license granted in this Agreement.
Usage Restrictions
3.1. The User agrees to comply with the following usage restrictions:
a) Not to use the Combat Zone game in an illegal, offensive, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, threatening or harmful manner.
b) Not violate any applicable laws relating to copyright, trademark, privacy or any other relevant legislation.
c) Not to modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Combat Zone game.
d) Not interfere or attempt to interfere with the security, stability or proper functioning of the Combat Zone game or related servers.
Updates and Modifications
4.1. Developer may, in its sole discretion, provide updates, bug fixes, enhancements or modifications to the Combat Zone game.
4.2. The User agrees that the Developer may modify or discontinue the Combat Zone game at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
5.1. The User acknowledges that the use of the Combat Zone game is at its own risk. The Developer is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Combat Zone game.
6.1. This Agreement is binding on the parties and their legal successors. Neither party may assign or transfer its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party, except in cases where Developer may assign the Agreement to an affiliated company or in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets related to the Combat Zone game.
6.2. Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement will only be effective if made in writing and signed by the waiving party. The failure of either party to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
6.3. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
6.4. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the Developer is headquartered, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
6.5. The parties agree to resolve any disputes or controversies arising under this Agreement through good faith negotiations. If the negotiations do not result in an amicable solution, the parties agree to submit the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures of the designated arbitration chamber.
By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Combat Zone game, the User confirms that he has read and understood the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement and agrees to abide by them in full.
