• License Grant: Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, the game developer, "nocoded, LLC", ("Developer") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Ownership: The Game is the intellectual property of the Developer. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by the Developer. The Game is licensed, not sold, to you.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or reverse engineer the Game. You may not remove or modify any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary notices from the Game.
• Online Services: The Game may require an internet connection to access certain features or services. You are responsible for any internet access fees and for complying with any applicable terms of service or usage rules.
• Termination: This EULA is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must delete or destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
• Warranty Disclaimer: The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the Game at your own risk.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Game.
• Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Developer is located. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
• Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer concerning the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements. Any modifications or waivers of this EULA must be in writing and signed by both parties.

By installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
