End User License Agreement (EULA)
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If You do not agree with these terms, You must not install, access, or use the Game.
License Grant: Subject to Your compliance with the terms of this EULA, We grant You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices owned or controlled by You.

Updates and Modifications: We may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game to enhance gameplay or address issues. You agree that We have the right to deploy these updates and that Your continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of such updates.
Termination: This EULA is effective until terminated by You or Us. We reserve the right to terminate this EULA if You breach any of its terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Game and destroy any copies in Your possession.
Limitation of Liability: The Game is provided "as is," and We disclaim all warranties and representations, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game.
Miscellaneous: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between You and Us regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements. If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
