END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA")

PLEASE READ THIS EULA CAREFULLY BEFORE USING SAIKIN BY SHIRYU STUDIOS ("THE GAME"). BY INSTALLING OR USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.
GRANT OF LICENSE. Shiryu Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial use on any device owned or controlled by you, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
OWNERSHIP. The Game and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by Shiryu Studios and its licensors. You acknowledge that the Game is protected by copyright and other laws. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Game.
RESTRICTIONS. You may not: (a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease the Game or any part thereof; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game or any part thereof; (c) use the Game for any commercial purpose or in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation; or (d) use the Game to harm or harass any person or entity.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAME, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO YOU AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE GAME. SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, USEFULNESS, OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE, WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SHIRYU STUDIOS OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT SHIRYU STUDIOS OR ITS LICENSORS WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE, ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE GAME OR YOUR USE THEREOF.
TERMINATION. This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Shiryu Studios. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Shiryu Studios if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA, you shall cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Game.
GENERAL. This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shiryu Studios is located. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
