Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and TheSleepyKoala ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") for the use of Watermelon ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game through the Steam platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access, or use the Game.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly under the terms of this EULA and Steam's Subscriber Agreement.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by TheSleepyKoala or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any rights to the Company's intellectual property.

Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. If you fail to comply with any term of this EULA, your rights under this EULA will terminate immediately and automatically without any notice from the Company. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession or control.
Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify the Game and this EULA at any time, at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Game after any such changes shall constitute your consent. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Game and uninstall it.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses) arising out of or in any way related to your use of or inability to use the Game, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of this EULA or your use of the Game.
Severability
If any provision of this EULA is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.

- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
Cheating and Botting
Cheating and botting are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using any software or device that automates gameplay functions, except for a simple auto clicker as permitted by the Company.
- Exploiting any in-game bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal gameplay experience for others.
- Sharing or distributing any methods or tools related to cheating or botting.
- Violation of this section will result in immediate termination of your license to use the Game and may lead to the banning of your account at the sole discretion of the Company.
