End-User License Agreement ("EULA") for Outway
This EULA is a legal agreement between you and the developer of Grandma's In Hell, and governs your use of the game Grandma's In Hell. By installing or using the game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
License
The developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Grandma's In Hell solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or sell Grandma's In Hell, or use it for any other purpose without the developer's prior written consent.
Ownership
Grandma's In Hell is owned by the developer and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. The developer retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in Grandma's In Hell, including all intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that you have no ownership or other proprietary interest in Grandma's In Hell.
Warranty
Grandma's In Hell is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use Grandma's In Hell, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In no event shall the developer's liability exceed the purchase price paid for Grandma's In Hell.
