Epic Engine Code and Related Resources
"The Mine" includes UnrealĀ® Engine code and other related resources from Epic Games, Inc. ("Epic"). All Epic Engine Code and Related Resources are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties.

Steam Distribution Resources
"The Mine" is distributed through the Steam platform, owned by Valve Corporation ("Valve"). All resources and services related to Steam distribution are subject to Valve's Subscriber Agreement.

Warranties
Nordic Legacy Studios and Epic disclaim all warranties related to the Epic Engine Code and Related Resources. Valve disclaims all warranties related to Steam Distribution Resources. This is in line with EU consumer rights and Swedish law.

Liability
Neither Nordic Legacy Studios, Epic, Valve, nor any of our service providers will be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of "The Mine", the Epic Engine Code and Related Resources, or Steam Distribution Resources, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including Swedish and EU law.

Data Protection
We comply with GDPR and are committed to protecting your personal data. Any data collected will be handled in strict compliance with GDPR regulations. For further information on data collection related to our newsletter, please refer to our Privacy Policy on our website.

Consumer Rights
Refunds for The Mine are subject to the terms of Steam's refund policy, as outlined in Steam's Subscriber Agreement.

Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Swedish law. Note that Steam's Subscriber Agreement and Epic's Terms of Service may contain their own jurisdiction clauses that could potentially apply to you.

User Rights and Distribution
Personal Use: Users who purchase "The Mine" are entitled to play it for their personal, non-commercial use. This right is granted under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license.
Prohibition on Distribution and Copying: Users are not allowed to distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense "The Mine" outside of the authorized platforms, specifically Steam. Making copies of the game for any purpose other than personal backup is also prohibited.
