END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT & PRIVACY NOTICE
Unnatural Worlds
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and Tomáš Malý (“Developer”).
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Unnatural Worlds (“Game”) via Steam, you agree to this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
2. License
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game, subject to this Agreement.
3. Ownership
The Game and all related intellectual property are owned by the Developer. No ownership is transferred.
4. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or use the Game for unlawful purposes, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
5. Data Collection
The Game automatically collects and uploads game logs.

9. Steam
Steam services are governed separately by Valve Corporation’s Steam Subscriber Agreement and Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
This Agreement may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
11. Termination
This Agreement terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game.
12. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind, except where prohibited by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Personal data is processed for:
- Operation and improvement of the Game
- Debugging, security, abuse prevention, and moderation

- Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
7. Data Storage and Security
- Logs are not shared with third parties.
- Data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes, then deleted or anonymized.
- Appropriate technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal data.
8. User Rights
