END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) - Game "SkySouls"
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and NGG (hereinafter referred to as "Developer"), represented by Edgardo Gonzalez, for the use of the game software "SkySouls" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game").1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, copying, or using the Game in any way, the User agrees to comply with and be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.2. License and Use
The Developer grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal and non-commercial purposes. The Game may include online multiplayer modes and online text features, which the User agrees to use responsibly and in accordance with the Game's policies and the platforms on which it is published.3. Restrictions
The User may not:- Copy, modify, or distribute the Game, except as permitted by this EULA or applicable laws.
- Use the Game for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Developer.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to access the source code of the Game.
- Resell the Game or profit from it in any way without prior written consent from the Developer.
4. Liability and Use of Online Multiplayer and Text Features
The User acknowledges and agrees that the use of online multiplayer and text features is the sole responsibility of the User. The User agrees to comply with all policies and terms set by the Developer for safe and appropriate use of these features.5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The User assumes all risks associated with the use of the Game.6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Developer be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.7. Applicable Law
This EULA shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.By installing and using the Game, the User acknowledges that they have read and understood this EULA and agree to comply with its terms and conditions.
