This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Skydream Studios VR S.L., a Spanish company with registration number ESB71476907, owner of the trademark "FRIENDLY FIRE STUDIOS", located at Calle Gerardo Diego Poeta 6, 31500, Tudela, Navarra, Spain ("Company", "we", "us" or "our").
This Agreement governs your access to and use of the video game A Long Survive and any related updates, patches, downloadable content, or accompanying documentation (collectively, the "Game").
BY INSTALLING, DOWNLOADING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE GAME, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the Game. If you purchased the Game and do not agree, you may be eligible for a refund through the platform from which you purchased it, subject to that platform's refund policy.
The Game is intended for users aged 12 years or older. If you are located in a jurisdiction where a higher age is required for consent (e.g., 16 years in certain EU member states under the GDPR), the higher age applies.
If you are under the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must read and agree to this Agreement on your behalf. By allowing you to use the Game, your parent or guardian agrees to this Agreement and accepts responsibility for your use.
We strongly encourage parents and guardians to supervise the online activities of their children. The Game includes online multiplayer features. We are not responsible for interactions between users in online sessions.
Subject to your compliance with all terms of this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

1. PARTIES AND ACCEPTANCE
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Skydream Studios VR S.L., a Spanish company with registration number ESB71476907, owner of the trademark "FRIENDLY FIRE STUDIOS", located at Calle Gerardo Diego Poeta 6, 31500, Tudela, Navarra, Spain ("Company", "we", "us" or "our").
This Agreement governs your access to and use of the video game A Long Survive and any related updates, patches, downloadable content, or accompanying documentation (collectively, the "Game").
BY INSTALLING, DOWNLOADING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE GAME, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the Game. If you purchased the Game and do not agree, you may be eligible for a refund through the platform from which you purchased it, subject to that platform's refund policy.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
2.1 Minimum Age
The Game is intended for users aged 12 years or older. If you are located in a jurisdiction where a higher age is required for consent (e.g., 16 years in certain EU member states under the GDPR), the higher age applies.
2.2 Minors
If you are under the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must read and agree to this Agreement on your behalf. By allowing you to use the Game, your parent or guardian agrees to this Agreement and accepts responsibility for your use.
2.3 Parental Controls
We strongly encourage parents and guardians to supervise the online activities of their children. The Game includes online multiplayer features. We are not responsible for interactions between users in online sessions.
3. GRANT OF LICENSE
3.1 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with all terms of this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Install and use one copy of the Game on a device that you own or control;
- Access and use any online features of the Game through authorized platforms;
- Use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

The Game is available on the following platforms:
- Meta Quest (via Meta Quest Store)
- PlayStation VR2 (via PlayStation Store)
- PC VR (via Steam / SteamVR)
Your use of the Game on each platform is also subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform holder. This EULA does not modify or supersede those platform terms.
3.3 No Sale
This Agreement constitutes a license, not a sale. You do not acquire any ownership rights over the Game or any of its components by purchasing or using it.
4. RESTRICTIONS
You agree that you will NOT:
- 4.1 Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game or any rights therein to any third party;
- 4.2 Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game or any part thereof, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law that cannot be contractually waived;
- 4.3 Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Game;
- 4.4 Use the Game for commercial purposes, including streaming for monetary gain, without prior written consent from the Company;
- 4.5 Exploit the Game or any of its parts (including but not limited to artwork, music, characters, or narrative) in any commercial context without explicit written authorization;
- 4.6 Use cheats, bots, exploits, automation software, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software that modifies or interacts with the Game in a way not authorized by the Company;
- 4.7 Engage in any conduct during online play that is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or that infringes upon the rights of other users;
- 4.8 Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Game's online services, servers, or networks;
- 4.9 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game, its servers, or accounts of other users;
- 4.10 Use the Game in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1 Ownership</h3>
The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to all:

"A Long Survive", "Friendly Fire Studios", "Skydream Studios VR", and all related logos, characters, and distinctive marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Skydream Studios VR S.L. You may not use any of these marks without prior written permission from the Company.
The Game does not currently include features for user-generated content. If such features are introduced in future updates, this Agreement will be updated accordingly.
If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Game ("Feedback"), you grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into the Game or any other product or service, without any obligation to you.
The Game includes online multiplayer features powered by Epic Online Services (EOS), provided by Epic Games, Inc. Your use of these services is subject to Epic Games' Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at:
Certain online features require you to authenticate with a valid Epic Games account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
The Game currently offers the following online modes:
The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove game modes at any time.
When using online features, you agree to behave respectfully toward other users. The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be:
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online features. Online services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. The Company is not liable for any interruption of online services.
The Company reserves the right to discontinue online services, in whole or in part, at any time and with reasonable prior notice where possible. Discontinuation of online services does not entitle you to a refund of any purchase price.
The Game may automatically download and install updates, patches, or new content. These updates may be required to continue using the Game or its online features. By using the Game, you consent to such automatic updates.
The Company reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game content, features, or functionality at any time, including but not limited to characters, game modes, maps, or mechanics. Such changes do not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
The Company does not guarantee that future updates will be backward compatible with previous versions or saved game states.
The Game does not include in-app purchases at this time. Should this change in future updates, this Agreement will be updated accordingly, and you will be notified prior to any such feature being introduced.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Game is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.alongsurvive.com/privacy-policy/

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law, including the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios). Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this Agreement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with :
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by permanently uninstalling and deleting all copies of the Game from your devices.
The Company may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

Termination of this Agreement due to your breach does not entitle you to any refund of amounts paid.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
Your continued use of the Game after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Game.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Navarra, Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also be entitled to refer disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
This Agreement is written in Spanish and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Spanish version shall prevail for users resident in Spain, and the English version shall prevail for users in all other jurisdictions.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any platform-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Game and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company. The Company may freely assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, internet disruptions, or failures of third-party services.

- Graphics, artwork, character designs, and visual assets
- Audio, music, and sound effects
- Game design, levels, and narrative content
- Trademarks, logos, and trade dress
All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by the Company.
5.2 Trademarks
"A Long Survive", "Friendly Fire Studios", "Skydream Studios VR", and all related logos, characters, and distinctive marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Skydream Studios VR S.L. You may not use any of these marks without prior written permission from the Company.
5.3 User-Generated Content
The Game does not currently include features for user-generated content. If such features are introduced in future updates, this Agreement will be updated accordingly.
5.4 Feedback
If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Game ("Feedback"), you grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into the Game or any other product or service, without any obligation to you.
6. ONLINE FEATURES AND MULTIPLAYER
6.1 Online Services
The Game includes online multiplayer features powered by Epic Online Services (EOS), provided by Epic Games, Inc. Your use of these services is subject to Epic Games' Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at:
6.2 Epic Account
Certain online features require you to authenticate with a valid Epic Games account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
6.3 Game Modes
The Game currently offers the following online modes:
- Classic: Cooperative wave survival
- Conquest: Cooperative wave survival with dynamic base relocation mechanics
- Civil War: Competitive team deathmatch
The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove game modes at any time.
6.4 Online Conduct
When using online features, you agree to behave respectfully toward other users. The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found to be:
- Using cheats, hacks, or unauthorized modifications
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players
- Exploiting bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the online experience of others
6.5 Service Availability
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online features. Online services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. The Company is not liable for any interruption of online services.
6.6 Online Service Discontinuation
The Company reserves the right to discontinue online services, in whole or in part, at any time and with reasonable prior notice where possible. Discontinuation of online services does not entitle you to a refund of any purchase price.
7. UPDATES AND PATCHES
7.1 Automatic Updates
The Game may automatically download and install updates, patches, or new content. These updates may be required to continue using the Game or its online features. By using the Game, you consent to such automatic updates.
7.2 Changes to Content
The Company reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game content, features, or functionality at any time, including but not limited to characters, game modes, maps, or mechanics. Such changes do not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
7.3 Backward Compatibility
The Company does not guarantee that future updates will be backward compatible with previous versions or saved game states.
8. IN-APP PURCHASES
The Game does not include in-app purchases at this time. Should this change in future updates, this Agreement will be updated accordingly, and you will be notified prior to any such feature being introduced.
9. PRIVACY AND DATA
9.1 Privacy Policy

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
10.1 "As Is" Basis
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.10.2 No Guarantee of Performance
THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:- The Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
- Defects in the Game will be corrected
- The Game will be compatible with all hardware configurations
- Online features will be available at all times
10.3 VR-Specific Disclaimer
The Game is designed for use with virtual reality hardware. The Company is not responsible for any physical discomfort, injury, or adverse effects that may arise from prolonged use of VR hardware, including but not limited to motion sickness, eye strain, or disorientation. You are advised to:- Take regular breaks during gameplay
- Follow all safety guidelines provided by your VR headset manufacturer
- Ensure you have adequate physical space for safe VR use
- Stop playing immediately if you experience discomfort
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1 Exclusion of Indirect Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data or game progress
- Loss of goodwill
- Damages arising from use or inability to use the Game or its online features
11.2 Cap on Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11.3 Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law, including the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios). 12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with :
- Your violation of this Agreement
- Your use of the Game in a manner not authorized by this Agreement
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of the rights of any third party
13. TERM AND TERMINATION
13.1 Term
This Agreement is effective from the moment you first install, access, or use the Game and remains in force until terminated.13.2 Termination by You
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by permanently uninstalling and deleting all copies of the Game from your devices.
13.3 Termination by the Company
The Company may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:
- You breach any provision of this Agreement
- You engage in conduct that the Company reasonably determines to be harmful to other users, the Company, or third parties
- Required by applicable law
13.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Game immediately ceases
- You must uninstall and delete all copies of the Game
- All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including Sections 5, 10, 11, 12, and 15
13.5 No Refund on Termination
Termination of this Agreement due to your breach does not entitle you to any refund of amounts paid.
14. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
14.1 Right to Modify
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Agreement
- Notify you through the Game, our website, or by other reasonable means
14.2 Acceptance of Changes<
Your continued use of the Game after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Game.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
15.1 Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Navarra, Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Navarra, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.15.3 Consumer Disputes (EU)<
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also be entitled to refer disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
15.4 Language
This Agreement is written in Spanish and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Spanish version shall prevail for users resident in Spain, and the English version shall prevail for users in all other jurisdictions.
16. MISCELLANEOUS
16.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any platform-specific terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Game and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.16.3 No Waiver
The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company. The Company may freely assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
16.5 Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, internet disruptions, or failures of third-party services.
