HELLSTROM: REIGN END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement outlines the terms of use for the game "Hellstrom" developed by
Vortex Games Studio. The game is licensed for personal and non-commercial use only. By
accepting this Agreement, downloading, or using the Game, you agree to these terms.
1. INTRODUCTION

3. OWNERSHIP RIGHTS

All copyrights and intellectual property rights to the Game and its contents, including graphics,
sounds, software, documents, and other elements, belong to the Company.
2. Transfer of Ownership
No ownership rights or intellectual property rights are transferred to the User under this
Agreement.
4. SERVICE CHANGES
1. Updates and Changes
The Company reserves the right to make updates, patches, or add new features to the Game.
These changes can be made without prior notice.
2. User Feedback
The User has the right to provide feedback on the Game. However, the Company reserves the right
to use the feedback without any obligation to compensate the User.
5. USAGE RESTRICTIONS
1. Prohibited Activities
The User cannot use the Game for the following purposes:
Any illegal or malicious activity.
In a way that harms or infringes on the rights of others.
Any action that compromises the security or functionality of the Game.
Using third-party software or services alongside the Game to engage in illegal activities.
2. Third-Party Content
The User is prohibited from downloading, extracting, or accessing third-party content using Game
files or directories unless explicit permission is obtained. Such content cannot be used without
the approval of Vortex Games Studio.
3. Emulator Use
The User cannot publish or distribute any emulator or software tool that simulates or replicates
the Game without explicit written permission from Vortex Games Studio.
4. Access Sale
The User must refrain from advertising, promising, or engaging in the purchase, sale, trade,
sharing, or transfer of access to the Game.
6. SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION
1. Security
The Company takes necessary measures to ensure the security of the Game but is not
responsible for any security vulnerabilities encountered during the User’s use of the Game.
2. Data Protection
The User agrees to respect the privacy of personal data collected while using the Game. The
Company is responsible for protecting personal data.

7. PENALTIES AND ACTIONS

The right to seek compensation for any damage caused by the violation.
8. MORAL RIGHTS

The User agrees to respect the intellectual property and moral rights of the Company concerning

Game content cannot be altered or used without the Company’s explicit consent.
The name or content of the Game cannot be misleadingly altered or used.
9. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The Company has the right to transfer all rights and obligations under this Agreement without
notice. The User cannot assign this Agreement.

The Company may update or amend this Agreement. Changes will be communicated by being

12. CLAIMS AND WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION

The User will make every effort to resolve disputes with the Company.
2. Waiver of Class Action
The User agrees not to participate in or initiate any class action lawsuits against the Company.
13. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
1. Communication
The User agrees to receive information via electronic communication while using the Game. This
includes emails or notifications about the Agreement, updates, and other Game-related
information.
14. GAMEPLAY RECORDINGS
1. Recordings
If the User publishes gameplay recordings on platforms such as Twitch.com or YouTube.com,
they agree to credit the game and Vortex Games Studio. The publication of such recordings must
be done aesthetically.
15. SEIZURE WARNING
1. Seizure Warning
The Game may contain content that increases the risk of seizures for some users. Users should
be cautious. If you have a history of seizures, it is recommended to consult a doctor before using
the Game.
16. DISCLAIMER FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
1. Disclaimer
The Company is not liable for any damage or loss arising from the Game or services provided
through the Game. The User assumes all risks related to using the Game.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
