End-User License Agreement (EULA) for DOMENATION

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you, the user, and BLACKMOUTH GAMES ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your use of DOMENATION (the "Game"). By installing, copying, downloading, accessing, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control, subject to your compliance with this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game, except as expressly allowed by this Agreement.
Use the Game for any illegal purpose, or in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement.
Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or hack the Game, or to defeat or overcome any encryption and/or digital rights management technology implemented with respect to the Game and/or data transmitted, processed, or stored by the Game.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including any content, updates, and enhancements or modifications thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4. Updates and Upgrades
We may from time to time provide updates or upgrades to the Game, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications ("Updates"). Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the Game. You agree that we have no obligation to provide any Updates, nor do we guarantee that we will continue to provide or support any particular features or functionalities of the Game.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from us if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game and all of its component parts.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and suppliers from any and all claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from your use of the Game, your violation of this Agreement, or the infringement by you, or any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain - Europe, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
