This End-User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "EULA") is a legal agreement between you (referred to as "User" or "You") and Playable Design LLC (referred to as "Company") regarding the use of the video game titled Thrift Shop (referred to as the "Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA, the Company hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal and non-commercial purposes on a single computer or gaming device. This license is granted solely for your personal entertainment and enjoyment.
2. Ownership
The Game, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the property of the Company. The Game is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not convey any ownership or other rights to you, except for the limited license granted herein.

The Company reserves the right to release updates, patches, or modifications to the Game at its sole discretion. These updates may include, but are not limited to, bug fixes, enhancements, or additional content. You agree that the Company has no obligation to provide any support or maintenance services for the Game.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective upon your acceptance and will remain in effect until terminated. The Company may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and destroy any copies in your possession.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is," without any warranties or representations, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Game, if any.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written.
10. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

- Share, distribute, or disclose your login credentials or allow any unauthorized access to the Game; and
- Use any unauthorized third-party software or tools that may modify or interfere with the Game's operation.
