End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms
By installing or using Yeon-oh & Seo Game (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, UnderBridge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Intellectual Property
The Software and all related intellectual property rights are and will remain the property of UnderBridge. You agree not to modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Software.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. UnderBridge disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
UnderBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UnderBridge from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use or misuse of the Software.
7. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. UnderBridge may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of south korea, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
9. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and UnderBridge regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements.
By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.
