This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the creators of "Start Over" (the "Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.
License Grant
The Game is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this EULA. The creators of the Game grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
Ownership
The creators of the Game own all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any ownership or interest in or to the Game, but only a limited license to use the Game as expressly set forth in this EULA.
Restrictions on Use
You may not:
a. use the Game for any commercial purpose;
b. copy, modify, or distribute the Game, in whole or in part;
c. sublicense, rent, lease, loan, or otherwise transfer the Game or any portion thereof to any third party;
d. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game;
e. remove or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game; or
f. use the Game in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the creators of the Game if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE CREATORS OF THE GAME DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATORS OF THE GAME BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF THE CREATORS OF THE GAME HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the creators of the Game reside, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the creators of the Game regarding the use of the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the creators of the Game.
