End User License Agreement:
End User License Agreement for Endless Nights - Zombie Apocalypse ("ENZA")
Alphack Studios (“Alphack”) is the owner of the software application Endless Nights - Zombie Apocalypse ("ENZA") (“Game”). This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Alphack and governs your use of the Game.
License Grant. Alphack grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions. You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or sub-license the Game.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purposes or for the benefit of any third party.
Intellectual Property. The Game is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Alphack retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
Disclaimer of Warranty. The Game is provided “as is” and Alphack makes no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Alphack be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game, even if Alphack has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination. This Agreement may be terminated by Alphack at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.
Amendment. Alphack reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically check back for any changes.
By moving forward and installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
