End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Fall in Duty
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and VoidLab.
By installing and using Fall in Duty, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
License Grant
VoidLab grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Fall in Duty for both personal and commercial purposes. This license includes the right to create, distribute, and monetize videos and live streams featuring content from Fall in Duty.
Restrictions
You are not allowed to:
Ownership and Intellectual Property
VoidLab retains all right, title, and interest in and to Fall in Duty, including all intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted to you under this EULA are reserved to VoidLab.
VoidLab may, from time to time, release updates or patches to Fall in Duty. These updates and patches may include bug fixes, performance enhancements, and new features. You agree to install and use any updates or patches provided by VoidLab.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate this EULA by uninstalling Fall in Duty from your device.
VoidLab may terminate this EULA immediately without notice if you breach any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall and delete all copies of Fall in Duty.
Governing Law
This EULA and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
