The Developer reserves the right to discontinue and/or remove the Product from sale at any time, without prior notice to the user in accordance with the terms of application distribution on Steam. In the event that this occurs, the user agrees that they will not be entitled to any compensation from the Developer or any third parties involved in the distribution of the Product. The user acknowledges that the Developer assumes no responsibility for any consequences that may arise from the discontinuation of the Product.
Failure by the user to comply with the terms of this agreement may result in the removal of their data from the Product's databases, up to bans or termination of exploitation rights, depending on the severity and nature of the actions.

Our database stores only public or analytical information that will never be sold or offered to third parties.

Warranties
- The User understands that the use of the Product requires sufficient hardware equipment for its execution. If the performance is not satisfactory for the user on a particular computer, even when meeting the specified minimum requirements, a refund of the Product can be requested using the mechanisms provided by Steam.
- The User also agrees that some game features and functions require internet connectivity and that if it is not available, they may not be accessible.
- Likewise, they agree that in future updates the requirements may change and the Product may no longer be compatible with their hardware.
- The User understands that the software may never be free of defects, errors, security vulnerabilities, and bugs, and that the developer will make efforts to keep the game in a sufficiently playable state, but does not guarantee continuous support for the Product or that it will ever be free of errors, vulnerabilities or defects.
- The developer is not responsible for any damage or harm that may result from the use, exploitation, or mere existence of this Product, so it will be used under the User's own responsibility.
- The User understands and agrees that the developer may modify the functionalities of the Product at any time they decide, by adding or removing features and functions.
- The User understands that due to errors, updates or the need for modifications in the Product, the registered data of their games, as well as other data stored in the Product's databases, may be altered or deleted at any time.
