PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING BRIE PARMESAN MYSTERIES (THE "GAME"). BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.
Agreement
This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and RatPak Games ("Developer") and Kibble Game Studios Inc. ("Publisher"), collectively referred to as "We," "Our," or "Us," governing your use of the Game. The Game includes any related software, updates, and documentation provided to you.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA, We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license is granted to you and does not constitute a sale or transfer of ownership of the Game.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in and to the Game and any related materials are owned by Developer, Publisher, or their licensors. You acknowledge that the Game is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices present in or on the Game.
Restrictions
a) You shall not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game or any portion thereof to any third party. b) You shall not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game, except as permitted by applicable law. c) You shall not use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may damage, disable, or impair the Game or interfere with the enjoyment of other users. d) You shall not remove or disable any technical protection measures or attempt to circumvent any digital rights management systems used in connection with the Game.
User Content
The Game may allow you to create, submit, or display user-generated content. By creating, submitting, or displaying such content, you grant Us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate this EULA immediately without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE GAME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Developer is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Us concerning the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written representations, understandings, or agreements.
