This agreement (the "Agreement") is between the developer and you (the "Player") and applies to the game Immortal Hunters (the "Game"), as well as other game products and/or add-ons to the game, unless otherwise indicated.

By installing the game, you agree to the following terms established by the development studio.

Limited license
By purchasing the Game, you are acquiring the right to a limited, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, non-transferable (excluding Steam family sharing tools) game license, which implies the right of the Player to own a digital copy of the game, as well as its legal use.

The player has the right to create their own materials based on the game and distribute them non-commercially.

Prohibited actions
Actions related to the extraction of direct profit from owning the game in different ways are prohibited (does not apply to the sale of collectible cards and other marketplace materials), it is prohibited to decompile the source code of the project, use game materials for commercial purposes, or encourage and/or assist in the above.

General Access Restrictions
The developer studio reserves the right to restrict or prohibit the player from using the Game if the player violates the provisions of this user agreement.

Age restrictions
The game contains an image of blood, violence, references to the use of alcohol and tobacco, "adult" themes, rude language. This paragraph does not establish specific restrictions, but instructs the Player to independently comply with the age restrictions legally established in his country.

Bugs, defects and unavailability of the game
The Studio does not guarantee the operation of the game on the Player's equipment even if the Player's PC fits the recommended technical requirements. By agreeing to the terms of this license agreement, the Player accepts the fact that the game may contain bugs, unfinished content or “stub” content (placeholder), may be unstable, experience performance problems or crash. The Studio is not responsible for the inconvenience caused by errors or shortcomings of the game, however, undertakes to constantly work to improve the technical condition of the Game, its stability and performance until the completion of the development cycle of the final version of the game.

Personal data
The studio respects the user's right to privacy and undertakes not to collect the player's personal data, with the exception of technical information, which may be necessary in some cases. If it is necessary to request the Player's technical information, the Game will try to obtain the Player's consent using the dialog box.

Other restrictions
This agreement imposes other restrictions not directly related to the Game, but indirectly affecting its community, developers, investors and other persons. It is prohibited to distribute false information about the Game, non-commercial distribution of copies of the Game, causing financial damage to the Studio; it is forbidden to distribute modified copies of the Game under the guise of the original Game, it is forbidden to pass off the Game for any other product, as well as to pass off any other product for the Game. It is forbidden to distribute personal data of the developers of the game and its players, it is forbidden to use cheat codes, trainers and game exploits for financial gain and dishonest advantage. It is forbidden to create commercial modifications of the game, it is forbidden to pass off content created by third parties as official game content.

This license agreement is under development, the development studio reserves the right to make legal changes to it without additional notice to the Player.
