[1] Terms

"Application" shall henceforth and interchangeably be used with "the game" to refer to "Ghost Mission".
"EULA" shall henceforth be used interchangeably with "End User License Agreement" to refer to this license.
[2] Breadth of Use

You are permitted to install and use this Application for personal use and enjoyment.
You may not:
*Duplicate, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Application or part of it except as expressly permitted by this End User License Agreement.
*Remove, claim copyright or trademark right to, or modify any content within the Application.
*Claim any licensing rights to the Application not explicitly mentioned within this EULA.
*Assume any terms or conditions not explicitly mentioned within this EULA.
*Utilize the Application for illegal purposes.

The game's license commences immediately upon installation of the Application and ends immediately upon breach of any condition in the Breadth of Use section [2].
[4] Liability

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America and its territories.
You accept full legal liability should you breach any of the conditions listed in the Breadth of Use section [2]. In such an instance, you accept that arbitration against you shall take place in Marion County, Indiana, in the United States of America, and that you may be held liable for legal and fiscal damages against Burn Below Games, LLC.
