Licensor may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA, you must immediately uninstall the Software and destroy all copies of the Software and its components in your possession.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Licensor does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. You assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software or the provision of or failure to provide support services, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, Licensor's entire liability under any provision of this EULA shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Software.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country]. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Country].
