END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA")
PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THIS VIDEO GAME. BY DOWNLOADING OR USING THIS VIDEO GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA.
LICENSE. Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to use the video game on a single personal computer or gaming system. The video game is licensed, not sold, to you.
RESTRICTIONS. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or transfer the video game, or any portion thereof, without the prior written consent of the Licensor. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the video game, or otherwise attempt to derive its source code.
OWNERSHIP. The video game, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the property of the Licensor.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER. The video game is provided "as is" and the Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the video game.
TERMINATION. This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the video game and destroy all copies of the video game in your possession.
GOVERNING LAW. This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor is located.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter of this EULA.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT. By downloading or using the video game, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
