End User License Agreement ("Agreement") for AESIR Online
This Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("User") and AESIR Online Staff ("Licensor") for the use of the AESIR Online software and any associated documentation and materials ("Software").
By installing, using, or otherwise accessing the Software, User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If User does not agree to these terms and conditions, User may not install, use, or access the Software.
License
Licensor grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Ownership
Licensor retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including but not limited to any updates, modifications, or enhancements made to the Software.
Restrictions on Use
User may not:
a. modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
b. distribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party;
c. use the Software for any commercial purposes;
d. use the Software to create a competing product;
e. remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
Termination
This Agreement will terminate automatically if User fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, User must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in User's possession.
Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Licensor does not warrant that the Software will meet User's requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert governing law and jurisdiction].
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Licensor with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to the Software.
