End User License Agreement (EULA)
Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before using Traitors Gambit.
By installing, downloading, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
License Grant:
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your personal, non-commercial use.
Termination:
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession or control.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall the company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from or related to the use of the Software, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the company regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties regarding the subject matter herein.
By installing, downloading, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the Software.
