End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and [VanJade Studios] ("Developer") for the use of the [We Will Get Revenge] video game software ( "Game").
By installing, copying or otherwise using the Game, the User accepts the terms of this Agreement.
License
The Developer grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Game for personal and non-commercial purposes. The User may not resell, sublicense, distribute, transfer, assign, rent, lend, copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game or any part thereof, except to the extent permitted by the applicable law.
The Game is provided "as is" and the Developer does not warrant that the Game is compatible with the User's hardware or software. The User is responsible for ensuring that his system meets the minimum requirements of the Game.
The Game does not contain inappropriate or adult content, is based on fictitious facts, cannot harm the player in any way, does not promote violence, hatred or discrimination in any way and is created for the general public.
Intellectual property
The Game and all intellectual property rights related to the Game, including but not limited to design, graphics, software and content, are the exclusive property of the Developer. The User may not remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice from any part of the Game.
The User acknowledges and agrees that any unauthorized use of the Game or any part thereof constitutes a violation of the Developer's intellectual property rights.
The user can freely make videos, streams and content on social networks about the game as long as they credit the developer or the game itself.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Developer shall not be liable to User or any other person for any damages, including without limitation direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use of the Game, even if the Developer has been informed of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
The Developer reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the license granted at any time and for any reason. If this Agreement is terminated, User must destroy all copies of the Game in User's possession.
applicable law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Mexico] and any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Mexico].
Acceptance
By installing, copying or otherwise using the Game, the User accepts the terms of this Agreement and acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, he must refrain from installing, copying or using the Game.
Modifications
The Developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time and for any reason. The Developer will post any modifications on the Game page on Steam Works or through any other means that the Developer determines. The User shall regularly check the Game page for updates to this Agreement.
Continued use of the Game after any modification will constitute User's acceptance of the modified terms.
full agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Developer and supersedes any other agreement or communication, whether oral or written, related to the Game. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain valid and enforceable.

Effective Date
