Alice and The Ancients - End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms:
By installing, accessing, or using the game "Alice and The Ancients" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"), you agree to comply with the terms and conditions described in this EULA.
2. License Rights:
FDCell grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game on a personal computer. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any related content without written permission from FDCell.
3. Intellectual Property Rights:
You are not permitted to copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Game without the permission of FDCell.
4. User Responsibility:
The user is fully responsible for maintaining login information and must not share personal account details with anyone else. FDCell is not responsible for any inappropriate activities arising from your account.
5. Termination and Cancellation:
You may cancel the license at any time by deleting the Game from your personal computer. FDCell reserves the right to terminate the license if you violate any terms of the EULA. In such a case, you must cease using the Game and delete all copies you possess.
6. Warranty:
The Game is provided "as is." FDCell does not guarantee that the Game will meet your requirements or be error-free. FDCell is not responsible for data loss or other damages caused by the use of the Game.
