END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MANUAL OVERCYCLE

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the entity that owns the rights to the game Manual Overcycle (the "Game"). This EULA governs your use of the Game and any accompanying documentation. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

License Grant. The Game is licensed, not sold, to you by the entity that owns the rights to the Game. This EULA grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Game or any part thereof, nor may you reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Game or any part thereof, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property. The Game, including but not limited to its code, contents, graphics, sounds, and design, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and international treaties. You agree to use the Game only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Game by any third party.

Limited Warranty. The entity that owns the rights to the Game warrants that the Game will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation for a period of 90 days from the date of your purchase of the Game. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability. Under no circumstances shall the entity that owns the rights to the Game be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, even if the entity that owns the rights to the Game has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Termination. This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate this EULA at any time by destroying all copies of the Game in your possession. This EULA will also automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this EULA. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game.

Miscellaneous. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the entity that owns the rights to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, whether written or oral, regarding the Game. If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. The failure of either party to enforce any rights granted hereunder or to take action against the other party in the event of any breach hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver by that party as to subsequent enforcement of rights or subsequent actions in the event of future breaches.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
